HOSPITAL AND CARE FACILITY NOTARY SERVICES
Mobile appointments are available for individuals who are hospitalized, in rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, or otherwise unable to easily travel.
The signer must be willing and able to communicate and complete the required notarial act. Appropriate identification and all other legal requirements for the notarization must be satisfied.

Please have a valid, acceptable form of identification and the document requiring notarization ready for your appointment. Documents should be completed as appropriate before the appointment, but do not sign a document beforehand when the particular notarial act requires the signature to be made in the notary's presence.
