Before a session is booked, we agree on the exam platform, schedule, candidate numbers, proctoring rules and reporting process. We also discuss approved accommodations, privacy requirements and how any candidate information will be handled.
An institution or exam provider must approve the proctoring arrangement. Exams requiring specific certifications or an approved vendor are subject to those requirements.
